How to Make a Simple Miracle Drink w/ Carrots Health Benefits?

Simple Recipe: One Apple, One Carrot, One Potato equal in weight to carrot, and ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger

Thoroughly wash, chop with the skin intact into pieces, and put them into the juicer or high speed blender (like Blendtec or Vitamix) and immediately drink the juice.  For more refreshing taste, you can add some lime or lemon. Besides being tasteful & refreshing, carrots health benefits are numerous:

    i have read alot about this miracle drink and sounds really interesting, but many web sites say its apple, potato and carrot mix. But all the pictures and comment says its BeetRoot instead of patato. anyone can make sure of this information??

      Beet root and carrots are both root vegetables. You can substitute one for the other in certain cases. However, carrot is better for overall health. The reason for potato is to pack energy in the drink.

    Brilliant piece of information! I’m not a cancer patient niether i’m unhealthy.I would like to know if i can have the drink just to strengthen immune system. or the drink is exclusive for those who suffer from health issues ? Can kids of age 8 get the benefits of this drink.

      Absolutely, you can have this drink. It’s purpose to prevent diseases in healthy. Kids age 2 and above can have this drink. Reduce the amount of ginger, especially for 2-5 year age and add a 1/2 teaspoon of honey for all kids. Be Well!

    Rakesh, may I use a sweet potato in place of a white potato?

      Potatoes are overall better in balancing all 3 energies in our bodies. Sweet potatoes are a little harder to digest so I do not recommended eating them raw. Sweet potatoes must be fully cooked and should be consumed without other vegetables. If one’s body constitution (Kapha) has tendency to put on weight easily then one should limit the use of potatoes especially sweet potatoes.

      Once or twice a day. Follow the article. Every other day is still good, you will have at least 3-4 times a week.

      It depends what else you are consuming during the day. You may remove potato or reduce its amount in the drink. See another article that suggests diet for diabetics.

      WE talking about regular however, you may use sweet potato if you don’t have weight gain issues.
